Supplier Code of Conduct

    gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.

4. Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations. They should strive to minimize their environmental impact through sustainable practices and continuous improvement.

5. Ethical Business Practices
    Anti-Corruption: Suppliers must not engage in any form of bribery, corruption, extortion, or embezzlement.
    Fair Competition: Suppliers must conduct their business in line with fair competition and antitrust laws.
    Confidentiality: Suppliers must protect the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared by Polymer Innovation Co., Ltd.

6. Human Rights
Suppliers must respect the human rights of their employees and treat them with dignity and respect. This includes providing fair wages, reasonable working hours, and the right to freedom of association.

7. Monitoring and Compliance
Polymer Innovation Co., Ltd. reserves the right to monitor and audit suppliers’ compliance with this Code of Conduct. Suppliers are expected to cooperate fully with any such audits and provide all necessary information.

8. Reporting Violations
Suppliers must report any violations of this Code of Conduct to Polymer Innovation Co., Ltd. immediately. Reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
