1. Prohibition of Child Labor: The company strictly prohibits and ceases the employment of children under the age of 15.

2. Elimination of Forced Labor: The company does not engage in or tolerate any form of forced labor, respecting employees’ human rights and complying with labor laws and related regulations. This includes granting employees the right to establish labor unions and providing social security benefits. Additionally, the company ensures no actions indicative of forced labor, such as:
    -Physical and sexual violence
    -The use of slave labor
    -Wage withholding or upfront payment requirements for employment
    -Restrictions on freedom of movement within the workplace
    -Forced relocation or transportation of workers
    -Psychological intimidation and harassment in the workplace

3. Non-Discrimination in Employment: The company guarantees equal rights and promotes fair employment practices, including transparent evaluation processes for performance and remuneration.

4. Skill Development: The company provides training for employees to enhance their employment skills and encourages employees to voice their opinions and suggestions.

5. Policy Review: This policy is reviewed at least once a year.

6. Stakeholder Dissemination: The policy is communicated to all stakeholders and employees of Polymer Innovation Co., Ltd., along with FSC certification requirements.
